Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, establishes conditions of providing temporary support to sugar beet growers. Art. 2 specifies conditions to be satisfied by growers to provide the support. Art. 3 specifies deadlines of applying for the support. Annex 1 contains the form of application to provide the support. Annex 2 contains the list of European Community regulations implemented by this Act.
