Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning Act of 8 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102). In particular, Ordinance establishes for the exclusive economic zone of the Federal Republic of Germany objectives and principles of land use planning with regard to the economic and scientific use, in terms of ensuring the safety and efficiency of navigation and the protection of the marine environment. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
