Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991, the Introductory Law of 27 January 1997elating to the Federal Water Protection Act and the Ordinance of 23 October 2013 on direct payments to agriculture. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the reduction of phosphorus in lakes on behalf of agriculture in the Canton Lucern. The text consists of 5 articles.
