The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 1996.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of historic cultural monuments which include also farms, parks, gardens and other green spaces. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection provisions (2); Inventories (3); Archaeological finds (4); Research, contributions and compensations (5); Legal aid (6); Enforcement (7); Final provisions (8).
