Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 7 May 1989;the Ordinance relating to the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 26 June 1991and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on protection of waters of 7 May 1995. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the organization and running of the civil protection against oil, hazardous substances and radiation. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Purpose and organization (A); Loss prevention (B); Measures concerning loss prevention (C); Vocational training and equipment (D); Cost of intervention (E); Final provisions (F).
