Abstract The present Ordinance regulates the payment of subsidies to promote biodiversity and landscape quality in agriculture under the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 13 March 1991, the Cantonal Law on nature and landscape protection of 25 January 1995, as well as the Federal Act on protection of nature and cultural heritage of 1 July 1966.
