Abstract This Ordinance seeks to prevent the introduction of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia by prohibiting import and transit of animals, products of animal origin, semen for artificial animals insemination, animal foodstuffs containing meat meal, bone meal, blood meal and related products, or containing such products.
