Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 March 2015.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Hunting Ordinance of 29 February 1988 and the Cantonal Hunting Law of 4 June 1989. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the fulfilment of the annual shooting practice is a prerequisite for obtaining a hunting permit. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fulfilment of shooting target (2).
