Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Hunting Ordinance of 29 February 1988 and the Cantonal Hunting Law of 4 June 1989. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the fulfilment of the annual shooting practice is a prerequisite for obtaining a hunting permit.
