I No. 16/2010). Article 2 establishes that according to article 7 of the above-mentioned Act, actions concerning the species therein listed have negligenct impact on the conservation of the species except, inter alia, for the following: 1) live animals; 2) dead animals, as well as hunting trophies; 3) part or products of: a) elephants, (elephantidae), b) rhinos (rhinocerotidae), c) great apes (hominidae), d) bears (ursidae), e) like cats (felidae), f) sea turtles (chelonians), g) whales (cetacea); 4) live plants; 5) dead plants.
