Abstract

The present Ordinance implements both the Federal Hunting Act in its version of 29 September 1976 (BGBl. I, p. 2850) and the Hamburg Hunting Law of 22 May 1978. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to hunting activities. Article 1 lists animals being subject to hunting rights; whilst article 2 deals with hunting seasons. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Huntable animals (1); Hunting seasons (2); Exceptions for wild rabbits (3); Cancellation of closed seasons (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
