The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 June 1991.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on hunting and protection of wild mammals and birds (Hunting Law) of 25 October 1990. Article 1 establishes activities for which a hunting permit is granted. The text consists of 47 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Hunting rights (1); Hunting practive (2); Protection of game (3); Damage resulting from game (4); Enforcement and monitoring (5); Penalties and compensation 6); Final provision (7).
