The Ordinance regulates hunting activities, as well as the protection and conservation of species and the living space of endemic and migrating mammals and birds. Furthermore, the Ordinance aims at reducing damages caused by animals to forestry, agriculture and to nature in general. The local population must be duly informed of such measures.
