Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Hunting Act in its version of 29 September 1976 (BGBl. I p. 2849). Beyond the animal species listed in article 2 of the afore-mentioned Federal Hunting Act, animals contained in article 1 of the present Ordinance shall also be considered subject to hunting law. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Huntable animal species (1); Abolition of hunting seasons (2); Hunting seasons (3); Entry into force, repeal (4).
