Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, establishes the requirements for protection of health against the risk of exposure to noise and mechanical vibration, and for preventing this risk. Maximum noise levels permitted outdoors and in buildings, maximum values of vibrations in buildings and limit values of noise and vibration at work are listed in the Annex. To measure and assess noise and vibration can be use all methods which provide reasonable precise values listed in the Annex.
