This Ordinance enters into force on 1 June 2017.

Abstract

Government Ordinance, which is composed of 16 articles and two Annexes, lays down, within the framework of the common organization of agricultural markets, the provision of financial support from the European Union and from the state budget to the improvement the conditions for the production and marketing of apiculture products in the following measures: (a) technical assistance to beekeepers and associations of beekeepers; (b) control of varroasis; (c) rationalizing the seasonal movement of hives; (d) supporting laboratories carrying out analysis of physico-chemical properties of honey; (e) restocking of hives; (f) cooperation with research organizations; (g) monitoring of market; (h) improvement of the quality of products in order to exploit the potential of the products on the market.
