Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Forestry Law of 11 June 2012. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to forestry planning. Article 10 establishes that the operational planning is the responsibility of forest owners. The competent Office contributes to the drafting of such plan.
