Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. The Ordinance aims at protecting the forest and forest edges against the effects of buildings and building works. Furthermore, the Ordinance aims to ensure the preservation of forest edges as scenic and ecologically valuable space and to promote its accessibility.
