Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Fishing Act of 21 June 1991. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to public and private waters. The text consists of 51 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing rights (II); Fishing exercise and fishing gear (III); Protection and use of fish and crabs (IV); Protection of habitats (V); Penalties, administrative, transitional and final provisions (VI).
