Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1979.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fisheries in the Canton of Uri. The Canton of Uri is the only authority entitled to authorize the catching of fish and crustaceans in public waters. The text consists of 52 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organization of fisheries authorities (2); Fishing permit (3); Fishing permit fees (4); Protection measures (5); Promotion of fisheries (6); Penalties (7); Liability (8); Final provisions (9).
