The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1984.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Ordinance of on the upper parts of Lake Constance. In particular, the Ordinance regulates fishing in the upper part flake Constance as far as it is part of the Canton St. Gallen. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing rights (II); Professional fishing (III); Recreational angling (IV); Miscellaneous provisions (V); Penalties and measures (VI); Final provisions (VII).
