Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Seeds Marketing Act, in its version of 16 July 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to authorities and institutes responsible for the enforcement of federal plant legislation. Articles 3, 4 and 5 lay down, respectively, provisions relating to the Agricultural Centre, State Viticulture Institute and the Forestry Research Institute. The text consists of 6 articles.
