Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the hygienic requirements for the handling and marketing of eggs and foodstuffs containing raw eggs. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms, such as "eggs of class A", "of class B", etc. Article 2 prescribes regulations for foodstuffs containing raw eggs. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
