Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Bremen Law implementing the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Council Regulation (EEC) No. 259/93 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community of 1 February 1993 (1); Repeal (2); Entry into force (3).
