Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Fish Disease Prevention Ordinance in its version of 3 November 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2754) and the Law No. 1046 Saarland Implementation Law relating to the Animal Disease Act of 23 June 1976. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. The text consists of 2 articles.
