Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Animal Protection Act in its version of 25 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 1105). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in Saarland. Article 1 establishes that the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Transport is the supreme authority in matters concerning animal protection. The text consists of 2 articles.
