Abstract The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991 and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on protection of waters of 7 May 1995. Article 1 establishes the amount of fertilizers allowed to be used per hectare on agricultural land.
