Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the authorization of exceptions concerning protection measures for specially protected animal and plant species. Article 1 authorizes the hunting of cormorants taking into account the considerable damage they inflict on fish stocks. Article 2 authorizes the hunting of beavers on grounds of economical damages and public security. The text consists of 4 articles.
