Abstract

This Ordinance, as in accordance with the terms of Bulgarian Law on forests, determines: 1. the types of logging activities and methods for carrying out of the same; 2. the conditions and the order for logging performance; 3. the rules for marking trees, planned for logging, and preparation of the accompanying documents; 4. the conditions and the order for issuing logging permits; 5. the system of regimes and measures for management of forests, logging in forest with types of natural habitats that are included in the European ecological network Natura 2000.
