This Ordinance enters into force on 1 February 2007.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 17 articles and five Annexes, lays down: requirements of vine propagating material which must be fulfilled for marketing; requirements for the production of vine propagating material; requirements for properties and quality of vine propagating material; details on the recognition and examination of vine propagating material; conditions of marketing of vine propagating material; conditions of importation of vine propagating material from countries which are not member states of the European; details on packaging and labeling; the manner and extent of control of the Central Control and Testing Institute of Agriculture. This Ordinance does not apply to vine propagating material intended for export to third country.
