This Ordinance enters into force on 1 February 2007.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 15 articles and four Annexes, lays down: types of beet which are the subject to the registration; requirements for the characteristics and quality of beet seed; requirements for the production of beet seed; conditions of marketing of beet seed; conditions of importation of beet seed; details on packaging and labeling of beet seed; the manner and extent of control and recognition of beet seed placed on the market. This Ordinance does not apply to beet seed intended for export to third country.
