Abstract This Government Ordinance is composed of five articles and two Annexes. Strategic noise map: (a) describes the existing, previous or anticipated noise situation, expressed by noise indicators; (b) determines the exceeding of action levels; (c) specifies the number of apartments, schools and hospitals in the given area, exposed to noise described with specific values of noise indicators; (d) specifies number of people who are exposed to noise in the given area.
