The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 2003.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forest Seeds Act of 22. Mai 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1658). Article 1 establishes the competences of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Environment and Rural Space in the field of forestry. The text, consisting of 7 articles, deals with the following aspects: competence of the supervisory authorities responsible for forestry seeds and planting material, expert committee, duties of forest owners, penalties and entry into force. One Annex is enclosed.
