Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Feedstuff Act in its version of 25 August 2000 (BGBl. I p. 1359) and the Feedstuff Ordinance of 23 November 2000 (BGBl. I p. 1606). In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the competent authority in Hamburg responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act and Ordinance is the Health and Consumer Protection Office. The text consists of 2 articles.
