Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1994.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the enforcement of the federal legislation on rural land law. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following matters: authorities responsible for enforcement of federal provisions, land valuation, sphere of application, proceedings, appeal, entry into force.
