Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Federal Ordinance on the treatment of waste of 10 December 1990. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Federal Ordinance. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 4 Titles as follows: General provisions (I); Competent authorities (II); Waste disposal (III); Final and transitional provisions (IV).
