The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 November 1999.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the Ordinance on the protection against major accidents of 27 February 1991. Article 3 establishes that the Economics Office is the competent authority in the Canton of Solothurn to implement federal legislation on the subject. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Object (1); Proceedings and legal aid (2); Competences (3); Working group (4); Tasks (5); Notification places (6); Entry into force (7).
