The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1995.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Food Act of 9 October 1992. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Organizational provisions (I); Implementation provisions (II); General provisions relating to food industry (III); Bringing into circulation of mushrooms (IV); Legal remedies (V); Final provisions (VI).
