The present Ordinance has entered into force on 6 July 2001.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Air Pollution Ordinance of 16 December 1985. Unless otherwise stated, the Cantonal Office for Food Control and Environment Protection is entrusted with the enforcement of all provisions relating to the subject matter. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competence and general provisions (I); Implementing measures (II); Fees (III); Final provisions (IV).
