The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive No. 98/8 EC of 16 February 1998 on the circulation of biocide products. The text consists of 6 articles dealing with the following aspects: sphere of application, purpose, general provisions for the presentation of documents, presentation of methods of analysis, biocide products not suitable for authorization, sampling.
