Article 2 establishes that applications shall be submitted using the form of the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources. Applications for authorizations for new plantings are to be submitted between 15 January and 15 February. Applications for authorizations for replanting shall be submitted the whole year round until the end of the second wine year following the year of clearing. The text consists of 4 articles.
