The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Forest Act (Cantonal Forest Law) of 11 March 1998. Article 10 establishes a Natural Disaster Commission responsible for the assessment of dangers and formulation of protection objectives. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Protection of forest against interventions (I); Protection against natural disasters (II); Care and use of forest (III); Organization (IV); Final provisions (V).
