The Ordinance applies to the: 1) description, categorization and typization of waters, the determination of standard references; 2) compilation arrangement and assessment of the pollution and effects on waters; 3) monitoring of the state of waters; 4) the classification and description of the state of waters. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Groundwater (II); Surface water (III). Thirteen Annexes are enclosed.
