The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2015.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the Swiss chemical legislation applicable in Liechtenstein relating to: a) competent authorities, their functions and powers; b) criminal proceedings and legal protection. Article 3 establishes that the Environment Office shall be responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation and article 4 lists its tasks and obligations. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization and implementation (II); Criminal proceedings and legal aid (III); Final provisions (IV).
