Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the Swiss chemical legislation applicable in Liechtenstein relating to: a) competent authorities, their functions and powers; b) criminal proceedings and legal protection. Article 3 establishes that the Environment Office shall be responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation and article 4 lists its tasks and obligations.
