The present Ordinance enters into force on 9 September 1998.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Implementing Law of 26 April 1981. The text consists of 48 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Forest protection (II); Protection against natural disasters (III); Care and exploitation of forest (IV); Promotion measures (V); Penalties (VI); proceedings and implementation (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
