Abstract

The present Ordinance deals with the implementation of the Act on Wine of 8 July 1994. It specifies, modifies and enlarges in details certain aspects of the said Act. The Ordinance deals with issues such as quality wine, labelling marketing, cases of violations, etc. The text consists of 10 articles and 1 Annex.
