This Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 2023.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 24 articles and ten Annexes, establishes conditions for the implementation of organic farming measures, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. An application for inclusion in the organic farming measure may be submitted by a natural or legal person if: (a) runs agricultural activities in his own name at his own responsibility; (b) farms in accordance with the Organic Farming Act and is registered in the organic farming system; (c) classifies at least 0.5 hectares of agricultural land kept in the register of land use according to user relations with the agricultural culture of arable land, permanent grassland or permanent crops.
