Abstract This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 12 articles and one Annex, establishes: (a) individual milk quotas from the national reserve; (b) the method of approval of purchasers; (c) rights and obligations of purchasers, d) transfer and transition of individual quotas; (e) distribution of milk to deliveries and direct sales; (f) procedure of notifying about the list of supplies; (g) payment for exceeding individual quotas of supplies; (h) collecting contributions for exceeding individual quotas of direct sales; (i) avoiding the payment; (j) reduction of individual quotas.
