Operators and enterprises of mining industries must ensure the correct enforcement of the present Ordinance. Article 3 establishes that in order to protect the population against radiation resulting from such materials adequate measures as laid down in the Annex shall be carried out. Annex 1 establishes that according to the Atomic Safety and Radioactive Protection Office the above-mentioned material shall be divided into three groups. The text consists of 17 and 2 Annexes.
