Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agriculture Act and the Federal Plant Protection Ordinance of 5 March 1962. Article 1 establishes that the competent authority for plant protection is the Building and Traffic Office. Moreover, the arrangement or enforcement of measures against pests and diseases shall be carried out in agreement with the Federal Agriculture Office and the Swiss Federal Research Institute. The text consists of 8 articles.
