Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 42 of the Federal Nature Protection Act (BGBl. I No. 22, p. 1193). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to exceptions concerning provisions on protection of corvine birds. Article 1 establishes that in the period of 15 March to 15 July corvine birds may be hunted by persons in possession of regular hunting permits. The text consists of 3 articles.
